Working-family housing
Quality housing for working-family households and the “missing middle” — those earning 80% to 120% of area median income who fall between deeply affordable and market-rate housing.
Senior Life Foundation is a Georgia non-profit dedicated to providing housing and assistance for seniors and working families — without regard to social or economic status — and relieving the burdens of government in the process.

In furtherance of our IRS-approved mission, we focus on two primary goals: providing quality housing for working families that lessens the burdens of government, and providing housing for adults age 55 and over in communities across the United States.

Communities for residents 55 and older — in urban, suburban, and rural areas alike, designed to support stable, connected, and dignified living throughout retirement.
Led by an experienced board and a network of seasoned real estate professionals, we identify and evaluate projects that fit our mission, enhance individual and family lifestyles, and strengthen the surrounding community.
On existing acquisitions we typically retain the current property management firm, integrating change slowly and only when it's called for — so residents feel stability, not disruption.
